Key Responsibilities
- Help to identify, analyze/execute new and potential product/services, markets, and advertising opportunities.
- Monitor and incorporate data in visitor behavior and ensure optimization of business processes.
- Researching competitor data in multiple data sources to enrich and improve existing data.
- Identify risks in business opportunities and analyze various risks and provide optimal solutions for the same.
- Manage various web analytical tools and prepare reports for metrics evaluation.
- Work closely with web developers, data engineers, and IT to ensure seamless tracking implementation, data collection, and multichannel data integration.
- Ensure appropriate implementation of software applications to aid various businesses.
- Research and leverages data, analytics and business intelligence to shape client strategies and key performance indicators.
- Evaluate appropriate traffic metrics for external audiences and monitor competitor sites and incorporate optimization techniques.
- Perform analysis of visitors to a network of websites studying behavior from multiple points of view – by segment, by site, by campaign and by user action.
- Perform usability tests and evaluate customer experience for projects and ensure accuracy for the same.
Skills Required
- Associate’s degree in business, computer science or information technology.
- 3+ years of experience in web/system analysis, online commerce, or related fields.
- Familiarity with major web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Salesforce.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and other common programming languages.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task.
- Strong quantitative analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and visual) skills.
